It all started with a sunrise yoga session in Sedona.
As the sky turned from deep indigo to golden light, my instructor spoke words that would stay with me forever:
“The Earth can give you the pieces back that you’ve lost along life’s journey.”
Standing on that vortex, something shifted.
I felt like I was reconnecting with parts of myself I didn’t even realize were missing.
The stress, the uncertainty, the weight of everything I had been carrying… it all felt lighter.
And in that moment, I realized something:
