My instructor spoke those words during a sunrise yoga session in Sedona, as the sky shifted from deep indigo to gold, and something in me shifted with it.

Standing on that vortex, the stress, the uncertainty, the weight of everything I'd been carrying...it all felt lighter. I was reconnecting with parts of myself I didn't even realize were missing.

And in that moment, I knew, we all need something that brings us back to ourselves.
